Les dossiers doivent être transmis au plus tard le 28 novembre 2022 à 23 h 59.
Les objectifs poursuivis par cet appel à projets sont les suivants :
- Promouvoir le développement durable et la transition verte de chaque société en tenant compte des facteurs culturels, sociaux, économiques, environnementaux et territoriaux des projets.
- Encourager les échanges entre les parties en renforçant mutuellement leur présence culturelle.
- Promouvoir la création et la présentation conjointes d’œuvres d’art et de produits culturels, notamment par des programmes d’échange d’artistes, de réalisateurs et d’auteurs, la tenue de grands événements et la conclusion de partenariats entre les institutions culturelles de chaque côté.
- Favoriser une meilleure compréhension mutuelle par la consolidation des réseaux et l’échange d’expertises.
- Promouvoir la collaboration entre les chercheurs dans les domaines d’intérêt ciblés des deux côtés.

Call for Québec-Nordic Council of Ministers cooperation projects
The Québec-Nordic Council of Ministers cooperation program covers the sectors of research and innovation, society and culture. Due to the nature of the Nordic Council of Ministers, which aims to foster collaboration between the five Nordic countries, the projects are of a tripartite nature, and must therefore bring together partners from Quebec and from at least two different Nordic countries. In view of the success of previous years, the coordinators are proud to announce the launch of a 6th call for projects.
The objectives of this call for projects are:
- Promote sustainable development and the green transition of each society by taking into account the cultural, social, economic, environmental and territorial factors of the projects.
- Encourage exchanges between the parties by mutually reinforcing their cultural presence.
- Promote the joint creation and presentation of works of art and cultural products, in particular through exchange programs for artists, directors and authors, the holding of major events and the conclusion of partnerships between cultural institutions on each side.
- Promote better mutual understanding by consolidating networks and exchanging expertise.
- Promote collaboration between researchers in areas of interest targeted on both sides.
Applications must be submitted by November 28, 2022 at 11:59 p.m.
