Research themes

I am currently doing a master’s degree in Ecology.
My research project consists of defining the dynamics of territorial occupation by the North American beaver (Castor canadensis), both on a spatial and temporal scale.
We want to look at how the beaver’s diet varies in the boreal forest according to the available resources near its lodge. We also want to observe how the lake size, the density, and the type of forest may influence his area of influence, as well as his length of stay on a particular territory.
