The objective of my thesis is to better understand and evaluate the resilience of black ash stands in riparian areas according to the latitudinal gradient in the face of disturbances such as the emerald ash borer (Agrilus planipennis), but also the climate change. This study will determine also which species that could replace black ash stands within these disturbances.

KEYWORDS : black ash, riparian areas, latitudinal gradient, emerald ash borer, climate change, dendroecolgy
